Donation & Refund Policy

We think it goes without saying that all donations and donors are protected when giving. We’ve provided this policy to provide insight into what we do to provide that protection when donation to or through FAMCOS.

1. Introduction

Fifth Avenue Mentoring Community and Outreach Services (FAMCOS) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are committed to transparency and integrity in all aspects of our fundraising efforts.

2. Tax Deductibility

All donations to FAMCOS are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors will receive a receipt upon successful completion of a donation, which should be retained for tax records.

3. Donation Methods

Donations can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or by check. We process donations through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure donor data is protected.

4. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or an incorrect amount was entered, refund requests may be submitted within **15 days** of the original transaction. To request a refund, please contact us with the transaction details. We've provided our point of contact at the end of this policy.

5. Recurring Donations

Donors may choose to make recurring monthly donations. You can cancel or modify recurring payments at any time by contacting us or through the payment processor’s management portal (e.g., PayPal).
